Privacy Policy

InMotion Programs is operated by InMotion Sports Agency ("we", "us"). For any privacy question or request, contact programs@inmotion-sportsagency.co.uk.

• Account details: name, email and a password (managed securely by our authentication provider).
• Player profile: position, level, club, training preferences and any injury notes you give us.
• Date of birth, used to confirm you are 18 or over.
• Program and progress data created as you use the platform.

To build and run your personalised training program, track your progress, let your InMotion staff support you, and communicate with you about the service.

We process your data to deliver the service you sign up for (performance of a contract) and, where required, on the basis of consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Self-serve accounts are for users aged 18 and over. Players under 18 are enrolled by their InMotion coach, with a parent or guardian's consent captured at that point. A guardian can review, correct or request deletion of their child's data at any time by contacting us.

We do not sell your data. We use trusted providers to run the platform: Supabase (database and authentication, hosted in the EU) and Vercel (website hosting). They process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account or withdraw consent, we delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, unless we must keep it to meet a legal obligation.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

We use essential cookies only, to keep you logged in and run the site. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above shows the latest version, and we will tell you about significant changes.
